  • What is PHONE JAX, LLC?

    Phone Jax LLC is a virtual call center that connects independent contractors with remote customer service opportunities through the Arise® platform.

  • Is this a real job?

    Yes — this is a legitimate 1099 contractor opportunity. You’ll be working from home, setting your own schedule, and providing customer support for well-known companies.

  • Do I need previous call center experience?

    Nope! Experience helps, but it’s not required. We look for motivated, professional individuals who are willing to learn and can follow instructions.

  • Is there a fee to join?

    There is a small fee (usually $30–$100) for the background check and certification course — but Phone Jax LLC will reimburse you on your first paycheck after successful completion of training.

  • How much will I get paid?

    Pay depends on the contract you’re assigned to. Most contracts start at $10 per hour, with some opportunities paying more depending on the client and the type of service provided.

    All positions are 1099, and pay is issued on the 1st and 15th of each month.
